Our High Speed Research Camera captures every minute motion and angle of the putter and ball before and after impact.
This is an example of 11 putts measuring Face Angle, Rotation, Twist, Path, Launch Angle , Attach Angle, Distance to Forward Rotation, Impact Ratio and 10 more data points, using two different putters.
There are always distinct patterns, and Quintic allows us to see the players strong points, and areas for improvement.
Quintic's research caliber software, created by Sports Biomechanist Dr Paul Hurrion, compiles all 45 parameters of data into charts ,graphs, and videos and compares the findings with optimal ranges of performance.
Retention of the effective elements of the player's putting is a priority. As data is compiled from multiple putts, patterns become obvious. The tendencies effecting consistency, impact, direction, and speed are usually addressed first. Causational factors are explored such as body & eye alignment, putter path, shaft angle, putter face alignment, and impact location. Even the best putters find areas to improve. The player selects one parameter to focus on as they roll more putts with instantaneous digital feedback to create "feel" for their stroke adjustment.
Suggested drills and processes assist in the player's retention.

ON QUINTIC TRAINING. >
"I've been working with Derek Uyeda in San Diego... he's got that Quintic system and I've been getting a lot of feedback on how I want the stroke to be..the launch on the ball, all the little details...that when I get on the course my feels then, equate with what I'm expecting, so I've been putting really well."
